How to create email accounts in cPanel?

To create an email account:

  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Look for the Email section, then click Email Accounts.
  3. Click the + Create button located on the right-hand side.
  4. On the next page, enter details to create a new email account.
  5. You will notice the Optional Settings.
  6. Click Create to finalize.

How to set up cPanel email on mobile?
  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Passwords & Accounts in the Settings menu.
  3. Tap Add Account in the Accounts menu.
  4. Tap Other in the Add Account menu of mail account types.
  5. Tap Add Mail Account in the Other menu.
  6. Enter your account information and tap Next.
  7. Select a mailbox type and verify information.

  1. In your browser enter your domain.com/cpanel.
  2. Log in with your cPanel username and pasword.
  3. Then click the “Email Accounts” icon.
  4. Find the mailbox you are setting up.
  5. On the same row select “Configure Mail Client”.

How to access WebMail for cPanel?

Log in to cPanel. In the EMAIL section of the cPanel home screen, click Email Accounts. Under Email Accounts, locate the e-mail account that you want to access, and then click Check Email. Alternatively, you can use the URL http://www.example.com:2096, where example.com is your domain name, to access webmail.

How do I log into RoundCube cPanel?

Delete old email with Email Disk Usage tool

The Email Disk Usage tool in cPanel helps you delete old emails from your mailboxes and email sub-folders for each email account.

  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Click Email Disk Usage
  3. Select a mailbox from the Account drop-down
  4. Click Manage next to the directory you wish to delete emails for
  5. Select one of the options:
    – 1 year old or more
    – 30 MB in size or more
    – Previously viewed
    – All messages
    – Custom query
  6. Click Delete Permanently

NOTE: Deleting email using the Email Disk Usage tool removes them permanently from your account.
