E Host Solution provides web hosting services according to the following guidelines.

New Account Guidelines
All new applications are carefully screened to prevent fraud. E Host Solution requires that new accounts meet the following guidelines:
- the hosted domain must be registered by the account holder, and
- credit card billing name and address is the same as the account holder, and
- a valid email address and phone number is provided.

Upon account activation, user agrees to be bound by all guidelines as outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, terminate, or suspend service for any reason at our sole discretion.

Content
All services provided by E Host Solution must be used only for lawful purposes and any account that is found to be either questionable or in violation of this policy will be terminated without warning. As a user it is your responsibility to request approval if you have doubt or you are unsure on whether your content is acceptable. E Host Solution does not permit the following on our system:

- sites with hacking content or links to hacking content
- pornographic material or links to sites with pornographic material
- improper use of copyrighted material
- pirated software
- warez sites
- IRC Bots
- daemons

E Host Solution will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes content violation. All users of our system agree to indemnify and hold E Host Solution guiltless for any judgment or action taken against them due to their actions or content that is placed on our system.

Spam
The sending of unsolicited emails, or spamming, is prohibited on all E Host Solution servers. You are responsible for all email addresses associated with your account and for all emails that are sent through your domain. Any account found in violation of our zero-tolerance spam policy will be immediately terminated without warning or refund.

10% of Server Resources
Usage of more than 10% of E Host Solution system resources at any given time is a harmful burden and is completely unacceptable. Any account found in violation by using more than 10% of the system resources at any given time will be terminated from the system immediately without warning.

Backup Your Content
Your are responsible for keeping current backups of your files. Although, E Host Solution conducts routine system backups and can often restore client data we are not responsible for file or data lost. If you incur file or data loss you agree to hold E Host Solution guiltless.

Payment and Cancellation
Hosting fees are payable annually in advance, however you may cancel your account at any time. There is no cancellation fee or penalty for terminating an account. To cancel an account, please complete the Account Cancellation form at at least 48 hours prior to your account renewal date. The account renewal date is the date that your account was initially setup. Accounts are automatically renewed for an additional term on the account renewal date, and hosting fees are charged to your credit card on that date.

Accounts over 15 days past due are subject to suspension (web site and email are frozen), and accounts over 30 days past due are subject to termination (files removed from server). If your account is terminated for any reason, E Host Solution is under no obligation to provide a backup copy of your website. In the event that we retain a backup of your website, you are subject to a $50 archive fee to restore the backup.

Customer Support
E Host Solution provides many types of customer support. We encourage clients to use our online support resources at http://www.ehostsolution.com/support.shtml whenever possible. We provide an automated customer support hotline and live telephone support during business hours. As a user of our system you agree not to abuse our customer support. E Host Solution will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Customer support does not include debugging or installation of third-party software programs, scripts or designs.

Failure To Follow our AUP
Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account termination. No refunds are guaranteed under any circumstances and any that is given is solely at the discretion of E Host Solution.

No Liability For Account Termination
Neither party will be liable to the other for any termination or expiration of any Service or this Agreement in accordance with its terms.

Finalization of Policies
This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, oral or implied communication you may have had with E Host Solution or any agent or representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and total agreement between the parties.
